SS MarketVerse products are digital services. Access is delivered electronically after the platform verifies the relevant payment and entitlement conditions.
Website access
Eligible website access is associated with the customer account after backend payment verification and entitlement activation.
Desktop software access
Desktop access is licensed separately and remains server-authorised. Availability may depend on the applicable software entitlement, account status and technical requirements.
SSVM
SSVM is a virtual paper-trading balance only. It is delivered to the authorised platform account after the applicable transaction is verified and does not represent real money or a withdrawable cash balance.
If a paid order is verified but the expected digital entitlement is not visible, use the official support channel so the account and order can be checked.
