These terms describe the intended use of SS MarketVerse market-information, analytical, educational, charting and virtual-trading services.
Platform use
SS MarketVerse provides market-information, analytical, charting, option-chain, educational and virtual-trading tools. Availability may depend on account role, entitlement, permission, subscription and technical service status.
User responsibility
Users must use the platform lawfully, protect their login credentials and avoid attempts to bypass access controls, abuse services, misuse licensed components or interfere with platform security.
No assured returns or personalised advice
Nothing on the platform should be treated as a guaranteed return, assured profit, personalised investment advice or a promise that any market view, model output, chart or analytical observation will be profitable.
Virtual Trading / SSVM
SSVM is a paper-trading balance with no real-world monetary value. Virtual Trading is a simulation and does not place real broker orders. Simulated outcomes can differ materially from real-market execution.
Market data and analytical limitations
Market information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or corrected. Analytical, algorithmic and machine-assisted outputs can be incorrect or can change as underlying data changes. Users remain responsible for their own real-world decisions.
Paid digital access
Paid access is activated only after the platform's backend payment authority verifies the applicable payment and entitlement conditions. Website Access and Desktop Software Access may be separate entitlements.
Availability and changes
Features may be updated, improved, suspended or changed for security, maintenance, compliance or product reasons. SS MarketVerse may apply reasonable controls to protect accounts, licensed components and platform infrastructure.
